This article completely misses the point. "Bandwidth" is NOT the problem. They need EMPLOYEES first, then maybe bandwidth becomes an issue....

That is terrible. OCS needs workers who stay, who get to know their clients, and know the people, not just the stories and the rumors in the villages. Keep fighting the good fight, PJ and good luck!
